2006 Delegations to Nicaragua

The Latin American Action Team is delighted to announce sponsorship of not one, but two delegations to our partnership community of

Plan Grande 2, Nicaragua!

March 24 – April 2

July 27 – August 6

Visit this community of 350 in remote northern Nicaragua as we again extend the hand of fellowship beyond our border

Approximate cost: $1300, all-inclusive

The agenda of each trip will be determined in part by participants, but can include:

·        Orientation in Managua

·        Visit to NGO (Non-Governmental Organization)

·        Meeting secondary school scholarship recipients

·        Conducting Bible School for community youth

·        Worship in local churches

·        Baseball!

·        “Encounter” with the women of Plan Grande 2

·        Overnight Pacific Coast retreat

·        Trip to national craft market
